# Shift Schedule

The **Shift Schedule** page allows users to create and manage staff rosters for a given week. It provides a clear overview of staff members and their assigned shifts.

This is where Users Shifts are defined for the End of Day Report. [Users Shifts](/end-of-day-report/end-of-day-report-contents/users-shifts.md)

At the top of the page, you can navigate between weeks using the **left and right arrows.**

To **add a shift**, hover over the cell for the relevant user and day. Click on the **plus (+) button** to open the **Add shift time** pop-up. This allows you to define the shift details such as start and end times.

**Other actions:**

* **Copy to another week** — replicates the roster to a different week.
* **Notify staff —** sends an email to staff regarding their scheduled shifts.

{% hint style="info" %}
This only displays users that have **Show in schedule enabled**.
