Customer Details

The POS includes a Customers tab where you can view and manage all customers registered in the system.

Key features:

  • Search — look up customers using their name, phone number, or email address

  • Edit — update customer details as needed

  • Block — prevent specific customers from placing orders if necessary

Accessing Customer Details within an Order

You can access Customer Details within an order by going to the Customer details tab on the Checkout page

Linking POS Order to Online Account

  1. On the Checkout page, go to the Customer details tab.

  2. Click on the QR button for scanning.

The system will automatically link the POS order to their online account, allowing their loyalty to sync.
