Shared Logins - Not Recommended

We strongly advise against using shared logins among staff members.

Some businesses attempt to simplify access by creating generic profiles such as “Staff 1” and “Staff 2” for multiple staff members to use. While this might seem convenient, it is strongly discouraged. It becomes impossible to track which individual performed specific actions such as order voids, refunds, etc.
