Limitations on Permission Presets

You cannot combine preset and custom permissions for the same user.

If a staff member is using a preset, individual permission toggles become read-only. All permissions are managed through the preset only. Any changes must be made at the preset level.

If a staff member requires custom permissions, the assigned preset must first be removed. Once removed, the system keeps the permissions that were previously applied, allowing you to customise them individually. However, the user will no longer receive automatic updates when changes are made to the preset.
